Accessibility

At The Alban Arena, we strive to make all events across our venues as accessible as possible. We aim to programme performances with a range of access needs in mind, including British Sign Language interpretation, captioning and relaxed performances. Quiet spaces and touch tours may be available upon request. If you have any specific queries or concerns, please contact the venue’s box office for more information.

Please note: We do not have a lift to either the basement or the circle seating.

We will not authorise the sale of personal assistant tickets to people who are not able to provide the required proof, via Nimbus Disability which we consider to be fair and reasonable, and in line with the policies of similar organisations. This is to protect the integrity of the scheme and ensure that this facility remains available to those customers who could not attend without additional support. We will remove the ability to book such tickets from anyone found to be misusing this facility.
