Tickets

1.1 The formation of your Ticket(s) purchase contract occurs upon our completion of your payment processing and expires immediately following the conclusion of the Event for which you acquired Ticket(s). Nevertheless, all purchases are contingent upon payment card verification and other security checks. Your transaction may be voided if it fails to meet our verification criteria.

1.2 Your acquisition of Ticket(s) is bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include and should be reviewed alongside the terms, conditions, and regulations of the Event Partner(s). Copies of these can be found on the Event or Venue website or obtained from the Venue box office.

1.3 Kindly note that our Terms and Conditions do not cover purchases made for tickets from third parties. Ie Ticketmaster/SEE Tickets. For any queries or complaints concerning tickets purchased from third parties, please contact them directly.

1.4 Ticket Protection is available for purchase through our website. This service is managed by Secure My Booking and is subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please be aware that this product is non-refundable.

2.Purchase

2.1 All tickets are sold subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions. It is imperative to carefully review these Terms and Conditions before purchasing, and any inquiries should be addressed to us beforehand, as purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to these terms. A valid ticket must be presented for entry into an Event. Please inform us of any access requirements at the time of booking. Altering, defacing, or removing any part of the ticket may render it invalid.

2.2 It is your responsibility to verify your ticket(s) upon receipt, as errors cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please examine your ticket(s) carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of any mistake.

2.3 We cannot be held responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or damaged. The management only accepts responsibility for tickets purchased from its own managed sales points. Any queries regarding tickets bought from ticket agents must be directed back to the relevant agent.

2.4 Duplicate ticket(s) may not always be issued, especially for non-seated events where the use of both the original and duplicate ticket(s) could exceed the venue’s licensed capacity. Duplicates may be issued at the discretion of the Promoter or Venue, acting reasonably.

2.5 We and the Event Partner(s) reserve the right to allocate alternative seats at an Event if the staging reasonably requires it, provided that the seats are of equal or greater value than those specified on the ticket.

2.6 Proof of identity and entitlement to concessions (such as age or student status) may be required when claiming a concession.

2.7 Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without formal written permission from the Event Partner(s). Even with consent, the use of our trademarks and intellectual property is subject to our prior approval.

2.8 You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any tickets through unauthorised means, including the use of robots, spiders, or other automated devices, or any other illegal or unauthorised activity. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket transaction suspected of breaching these provisions without notice, and any tickets purchased as part of such transaction will be void.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing and Payment

The price of the Ticket will be determined at the time of acceptance of your order. All prices advertised include ticket booking fees, where applicable, but exclude transaction or delivery fees.

3.2 Concessions and Discounts

All concessions and discounts are subject to availability and may be restricted to specific price bands and performances. The venue/s reserve the right to withdraw concessions and discounts without prior notice.

3.3 Limitation of Concessions or Discounts

Only one concession or discount is applicable per ticket.

3.4 Pricing Errors and Ticket Orders

If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect due to a pricing error on the website or other communication, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket or the order and refund the amount paid. This policy applies regardless of whether the error is due to human error or a malfunction of our systems.

4. Ticket Delivery

4.1 Ticket Delivery

If you opt for “e-ticket,” your tickets will be electronically delivered to the email address you provided during registration on our website. Your e-ticket must be either printed or presented on a mobile or tablet device. When printed, it must be clearly and accurately scaled on plain A4, clean, white paper. Any issues with printing are not our responsibility or the responsibility of the venue. Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may result in denial of entry to the event.

4.2 Delivery Methods

E-tickets will exclusively be sent to the email address provided during booking. Physical ticket(s) will only be dispatched to the billing address of the debit/credit card holder, unless an alternative delivery address option is specifically offered.

4.3 Delivery Timelines

E-Tickets will be issued within one working day, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email. Physical ticket(s) will arrive no later than five working days before the performance date. If you haven’t received your Ticket(s) five working days prior to the Event and they are not held at the Venue box office, please contact us promptly.

.4.4 Collection at Venue

We do offer the option to collect Ticket(s) at the Venue box office. Tickets may be collected prior to your event. Please check venue opening times. Tickets can be collected on the day of the event from the Box Office and two hours before the event start time. If you’re collecting your Ticket(s) from the Venue box office, you must present your confirmation email sent by us, along with the credit/debit card used for the purchase. Additionally, you may be asked to provide confirmation of your address.

5. Reservations & Group bookings

We welcome group bookings for any performance, and group discounts are available where stated. Group bookings of over 50 will be held for two months after the reservation date or until a sell out, whichever is sooner. Groups reserved within two months of performance date will be held until one month prior to performance. Please advise us if any of your group has specific access needs, or requires a wheelchair position. For further information please call the venue/s box office.

5.1 Reservations may be made by telephone and tickets will be held for five days pending receipt of payment in person or via the phone.

5.3 School and College groups of 20+ can claim discounts where authorised by the production company. For some shows, different school rates apply.

6. Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

6.1 Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

It is your responsibility to confirm whether an Event has been cancelled or rescheduled, including the date and time of any rescheduled Event. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive this notification before the Event date.

6.2 Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your contact address, telephone number, or email address provided at the time of ordering.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 If you are unable to attend an Event we can offer to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show, within its current run at the same Venue, subject to availability.  Exchanges are not possible for Events with only one performance. In order to obtain an exchange you must contact us at least seven days before the Event. If the Ticket(s) have been booked through a third-party agent or Event Partner, Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded after purchase unless the Event Partner’s own terms and conditions allow for exchange, cancellation or refunds.

7.2 Re-sales, If a resale facility is available, resale of Ticket(s) cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a 10% administrative charge. See clause 8 for further details.

7.3 Where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, you may request an account credit or refund from us. Note: A change of cast or the use of understudies in a theatre performance shall not be recognised as a material change and does not constitute as a reason for credit or refund.

7.4 Where such a refund or credit is sought due to cancellation or rescheduling you must let us know of your preference within one month upon becoming aware of cancellation or where the Event has been rescheduled, prior to the rescheduled Event. In the case that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by us you will be able to receive either an exchange, credit or refund. Where a show has been or is rescheduled, we will deem you to have accepted tickets for the rescheduled date if we have not heard from you to the contrary one month after notification by us via email or telephone call.  After this point our standard terms and conditions, agreed to at the point of sale, will apply. transaction and delivery fees are non-refundable. If you have opted to purchase Ticket Protection, please note that this is also non-refundable, please refer to ‘Secure My Booking’ terms and conditions.

7.5 Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets and, when possible, be made using the same method as was used to purchase the Tickets including cash and Gift Vouchers.

7.6 These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

8. Ticket Resale

8.1 Ticket Resale

The tickets you purchase are intended for your personal, non-commercial use and for the use of your party. They must not be resold for profit. You are prohibited from purchasing and/or reselling your tickets: (i) with the intention of making a profit, (ii) on behalf of a business, or (iii) as a trader acting in the course of business. If we discover or have reason to suspect that you have purchased tickets with the intention to resell them in breach of this clause, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets without notice. We will refund you the price paid for the ticket, including the applicable per-ticket booking fee, but excluding the per-transaction fee paid for the tickets.

8.2 Legal Restrictions on Resale

You may not resell or transfer a ticket if it is prohibited by law. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a ticket in breach of applicable law may result in seizure or cancellation of that ticket.

8.3 Resale Facility

Where a resale facility is available, the resale of these tickets cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a 10% administrative charge.

9. Ticket Restrictions

9.1 Ticket Restrictions

Tickets may be subject to certain restrictions, including a maximum number per purchase or limitations on entry or use, such as restricted views, obstructed views, side views, or minimum age requirements for entry. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on our website or communicated to you before or at the time of booking the tickets. It is your responsibility to carefully read all notifications displayed on our website regarding ticket restrictions.

9.1 Personal Arrangements.

Any personal arrangements, including travel, accommodation, or hospitality related to the Event, which you have organized, are at your own risk. Unless otherwise specified in our Terms and Conditions, our liability and that of the Event Partner(s) regarding the Event (including, but not limited to, in cases of cancellation, rescheduling, or material changes to the Event program) is limited to the Ticket price paid by you, including the per Ticket booking fee, but excluding any ticket protection purchased, and the per transaction collection or delivery fee.

10. Admission and Attendance

10.1 Admission and Attendance

The management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse admission to the Venue to Ticket holders under reasonable circumstances, including concerns related to health and safety, licensing requirements, or where a Ticket is invalid.

10.2 Venue Conduct

The Venue management also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue if there are reasonable grounds to do so and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. For example, the Venue may remove a Ticket holder who:

Behaves in a manner that, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue, affects or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors.

Uses threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behaviour, or provokes or behaves in a manner likely to provoke a breach of peace.

Appears to be under the influence of drugs or has consumed excessive alcohol.

Smoking and Vaping is not permitted anywhere within our venues.

Fails to provide proof of identity or age when required.

Obstructs gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances, or staircases, congregates in non-designated areas, or attempts to enter stands or seats without a Ticket.

10.3 Compliance with Venue Colleagues

Ticket holders must comply with instructions and directions given by Venue colleagues and stewards.

10.4 Admission of Children

Babes in arms (children under 18 months, unless otherwise specified) will only be admitted to selected performances specifically aimed at them (e.g., pantomimes and family shows). Babes in arms are admitted free of charge on selected shows but are not allocated a seat and must remain on the lap of their parent/guardian during the performance. Selected shows may charge for a an under 18 months ticket, please refer to the ticketing information on a show-by-show basis.

10.5 Ticket Requirement for Children

For some performances, Children aged between 6 months and 18 months may require a ticket. Children aged 18 months to 15 years inclusive must have their own ticket, which will be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.

10.6 Supervision of Children

Children aged 16 years and under must be supervised at all times. Supervision must be by at least one adult (aged 18 years or over) per 10 children, and the supervising adult must sit next to the child/ren. The Venue management reserves the right to ask parents/supervisors to remove children if, in their opinion, the children are causing a disturbance.

11. Recording Equipment Prohibition

The use of equipment for recording or transmitting any audio, visual, or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any Venue is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films, or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted.

11.1 Filming and Sound Recording Consent

By attending an Event, Ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The Event Partner(s) may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.

11.2 Mobile Device Policy

Mobile telephones must be switched off during the Event.

11.3 Alcohol and Smoking Regulations

Alcohol may only be consumed in public bars and other authorised areas. Smoking and or Vaping is not permitted except within designated external smoking areas, if provided.

11.4 Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted within any Venue:

Animals (excluding assistance dogs)

Laser pens, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs

Outside food and drink

Any item that could be construed as a potential weapon, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g., knives)

Illegal substances.

11.5 Security Searches

The Venue management reserves the right to conduct security searches periodically and to confiscate any items that may cause danger or disruption to other audience members or the Event, as listed and not limited to the above.

11.6 Latecomers Policy

Efforts will be made to admit latecomers to Events at a suitable break, such as the interval, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.

11.8 Re-entry Policy

Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the Venue during an Event at the discretion of the Venue management.

11. Gift Voucher Purchase

Your contract for the purchase of Gift Vouchers is established once we have processed your payment. Everyone Theatres Gift Vouchers expire within 12 months and cannot be extended. Gift Vouchers may be used to purchase event tickets at any of our venues. The usual booking terms and conditions apply.

11.1 Gift Voucher Delivery and Refund

We will make every effort to deliver your Gift Vouchers as promptly as possible, typically within 10 working days of payment. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

12. Alcohol Sales Regulations

The sale of alcohol is governed by the Licensing Act 2003 for theatres in England and Wales, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 for theatres in Scotland, and any theatre-specific conditions outlined in the premises license.

12.1 Age Verification Policy

All venues implement a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. If our theatre colleagues deem you to be under the age of 25, you will be requested to provide photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s license, card with the PASS hologram, or military identification card.

12.2 Right to Refuse Sale

Venues reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any individual.

12.3 Terms and Conditions for Online Alcohol Orders – Everyone Active Order & Pay App

When ordering alcohol online, the following terms and conditions apply:

By placing an online order for an alcoholic product, you affirm that you are aged 18 or over.

The individual who made the online order must present proof of identity and age (aged 18 or over) upon collecting the alcoholic product at the relevant venue for the sale to be finalised.

While we strive to ensure availability, we cannot guarantee that all alcoholic products ordered online will be available on the day of the show at the relevant venue. However, we will make every effort to fulfil your order.

If alcohol sales are declined at the collection point or if we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund for the order’s cost.

Terms of accessibility conditions

Everyone Theatres will securely hold your details, including your name, address, and any documentation provided. These are held to facilitate future bookings and help us meet your requirements. We review this data every year and may request further documentation when your current letter or access card expires.

Individuals who deliberately provide inaccurate details will have their information taken down.

Access to a Personal Assistant / Essential Companion ticket or accessibility request booking does not guarantee availability of tickets.

Should you book through a secondary ticketing website, we will not be able to provide you with the adjustments you require unless you book directly with the venue.

Hidden Disabilities
We recognise the Sunflower Lanyard and will endeavour to ask if you need any assistance. If you have a hidden disability and require further assistance, please let a Theatre colleague know of your requirements.

14. Compliance with Event Regulations

Attendees must adhere to safety announcements, and Venue regulations during the Event. If attendees have specific needs or concerns regarding featured special effects, such as sound, audio-visual, pyrotechnic, or lighting effects, advance notice should be given when purchasing Tickets.

15. Force Majeure

In these Terms and Conditions, “Force Majeure” refers to any unforeseeable circumstance beyond Our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, fire, theft of essential equipment, vandalism, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, governmental regulations, or any other similar events. We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil our obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure is caused by Force Majeure.

16. After-Sales Support & Complaints

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your ticket purchase, please reach out to the venue where the tickets were purchased. We aim to acknowledge all customer inquiries within 3 working days.
