Both the Gordon Craig Theatre and the Stevenage Concert Hall are located within the Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre, with the former on the first floor and the latter on the ground floor. It’s located right in the heart of Stevenage, just a minute’s walk from the main train station and bus interchange. It’s also just five minutes from the A1(M) motorway.
If you’re travelling in by car, we are just five minutes from junction 7 of the A1(M). There are several car parks located around the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre, but parking is unavailable for the general public at the centre itself. This is privately owned, and your vehicle may be clamped. There are, however, a small number of blue badge spaces available.
If you are coming by train, we really couldn’t be any closer to the station. The Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre is approximately a minute’s walk from the main train station which is itself just 30 minutes from London Kings Cross station.
Next to the train station is also the main bus interchange, with regular buses covering the town and surrounding areas. For more information, check the Arriva website for the most up to date details and timetables.
