Here at the Gordon Craig Theatre, we have a dedicated on-site box office, as well as a café and bar. Tickets can be purchased in-person, over the phone and online. Our box office is open to book in-person and over the phone from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4:30pm, where you can collect our ‘What’s On’ brochure and flyers for upcoming shows. On performance days, the box office will open two hours before the show including weekends and bank holidays.
Our friendly box office team will be available to answer any ticketing queries you may have in-person or over the phone on 01438 363200, where one of our box office assistants will be happy to take your call.
To book online, simply select the ‘What’s On’ tab and hit ‘BOOK NOW’. Online booking carries an optional £1.50 charge for postage. You may select E-ticket as an alternative to postage or box office collection. E-tickets will be emailed to the email address registered on your account and can be printed at home or scanned from your mobile device on entering the Auditorium. Please have your tickets out and ready to be scanned by one of our theatre ushers to avoid long queues.
You’re welcome to stop by in person, check out our brochures and pick up a ticket for your next show.
Unfortunately, booking for wheelchair and carer seats is not currently available online, so please call the box office. Colleagues will be happy to help with any enquiries regarding your ticketing and access requirements.
Please ensure that all bookings are correct before confirming as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date or retrospective discounts given.
Discounts/Concessions
Where offered, concession prices relate to Under 16s, full-time students, senior citizens, and the registered disabled. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility.
A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child. Please select four tickets when purchasing a family ticket online.
Individual shows have different Babes in Arms polices – where very young children do not require a seat to be booked for them – so it’s important to check with the show you wish to book for.
If you are an Applause member, you may be eligible for discounts on certain shows. For more information about becoming a member, please call the box office.
Gift Vouchers
An Everyone Theatres gift voucher can be purchased for any amount you choose. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and any remaining balance on the voucher will be credited onto your account. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part to purchase tickets for participating events, screenings and films at any Everyone Theatres venue. Call the box office for more information. Please note we do not accept other Theatre Tokens.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled or re-scheduled. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Tickets for sell-out shows may be accepted by the box office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted, nor sale guaranteed. Any tickets sold on will be given a credit note to redeem against a show in the future minus a 10% cancellation fee. In the case of a rescheduled performance, you will be able to receive either an exchange, credit, or refund if you are unable to make the new date. You will receive an email from us advising of the re-scheduled date. If we have not heard back from you within four weeks of the email being sent, we will deem you to have accepted the rescheduled date, after this point our standard terms and conditions agreed at the point of sale will apply.
Please note the booking fee and transaction fee are non-refundable under any circumstances; this includes the cancellation of a show. Please note that credit is held for a maximum of 12 months.
