Technical Manager
Everyone Theatres is a brand-new addition to the Everyone Active portfolio. We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Theatre Technical Manager in to lead the technical teams at our venues, supported by full time teams of Deputy, Senior and Theatre Technicians and managed by a Regional Theatre Technical Manager to run the operation of Stage Performances, Concerts, Live Theatre, Conferences and Events.
You will play a key role as a Head of Department in helping shape the future of our fantastic venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven record in supervising or managing a team in Technical Theatre.
We need a Technical Manager who will…
- Lead the team of technicians, problem solving issues and leading by example
- Manage the team day to day, including drawing up of rotas, managing Annual Leave, liaising with visiting companies on their requirements.
- Be able to support a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Support the smooth operation of the theatre performances and associated activities
- Be fast thinking and adaptable
- Work closely with visiting companies to ensure their technical needs are met as economically as possible.
- Have experience in managing health, safety and quality standards within the industry.
This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
