Here at The Alban Arena we have a dedicated on-site box office, as well as three bars and a kiosk selling ice creams and snacks. Tickets can be purchased in-person, over the phone and online. Our box office is open to book in-person and over the phone from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 2pm, where you can collect our ‘What’s On’ brochure and flyers for upcoming shows. On performance days, the box office will re-open 90 minutes before show time and close 15 minutes after the performance begins.
Our friendly box office team will be available to answer any ticketing queries you may have in-person, over the phone on 01727 844488 and can be contacted through albanarenaticketing@everyoneactive.com. Alternatively, you can book online 24/7 by finding the event you wish to attend and select ‘BOOK NOW’. Please note, a non-refundable £3.50 booking fee will be applied when booking over the phone and online
